NXOPAY W.L.L. ("NXOPAY", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have.
This is an informational website for businesses. We do not use it to collect payment data, cardholder data, or consumer transaction records.
Who we are
NXOPAY W.L.L., Kingdom of Bahrain, is the controller of personal information collected through this website.

What we collect
Information you give us. Name, company, job title, email address, telephone number, and anything else you include in a contact form or in correspondence with us.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server log information, including IP address, for security and reliability purposes. We also measure aggregate website traffic using a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data — see the Cookie and Analytics Notice.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not collect special categories of personal data through this website.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
We share it only with: service providers who support our operations under contract (hosting, email, analytics); our professional advisers and auditors; and regulators, authorities, or law enforcement where we are required to do so by law.

We and our service providers operate across more than one country, so your information may be processed outside the Kingdom of Bahrain. Where information is transferred internationally, we use recognised safeguards — including standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism — and we work only with providers who commit to protecting it.
